Thrive Peer Support has launched an outreach tour to bring Narcan, mental health and addiction services, harm reduction education, homeless resources, connections to employment, healthcare, and more to communities across Cuyahoga County. We hope you’ll help us spread the word!
Last year, with our partners we served over 3,000 individuals through a largely volunteer and grass-roots outreach effort. This year, thanks to the partnership with Homeless Hookup CLE, funding from the ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County, and the support of many other local organizations, we plan to serve more than 7,000 people in Cuyahoga County over the next several months.
